Back Orders... We fill all orders within 48 hours based on product availability. Unfortunately there are times when suppliers are unable to deliver to us and we can't fill your order in a timely fashion. Sometimes a style exceeds our expectations and we are sold out within a few weeks. If we are unable to fill your order immediately we will let you know. We will give you an approximate delivery time to assist you.  

 

Returns/Exchanges... Only AUTHORIZED returns are accepted by us. Please call us at (941) 388-3561 to have an order authorized for exchange or refund. We do not accept CODs or packages marked "return to sender". Please ship your authorized returns in the original box (if possible) and ship either Parcel Post or UPS to:

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. 

The full price of merchandise will be refunded or shoes exchanged if returned UNWORN within 10 days of receiving. If you have questions about sizes or styles when exchanging, please call us at (941) 388-3561.  Do not send cash. Ordering by Phone... We will be happy to take an order by phone if you prefer. We will take phone orders Monday – Saturday between 9:00AM and 5:00PM Eastern Time in the USA.  

Shipping & Handling Charges

 

All shipments to addresses within the United States are sent UPS.
Shipping and handling is $9.00 for the first pair ($6.00 in Florida) and approximately $1.00 for each additional pair.

Shipments outside the Continental USA ... All payments must be submitted in US funds. Rates will vary depending on destination.
Actual freight will be billed on shipping. When possible we will advise you prior to shipping an order.
